As required by State Statute, Section 811, Title 25, notice is hereby given that the Love County EMS Board will hold a regular board meeting on the 3rd day of July 2018 at 9 a.m. o'clock. The meeting will be held in the conference room of the Mercy Health Love County doctor's clinic, 300 Wanda, Marietta, Oklahoma.
The following is business to be conducted at the above mentioned meeting:
- Call to Order.
- Open prayer.
- Requisition and Receiving Officer Training for the Board given by Shelly Russell, Love County Clerk.
- Approve Minutes of 4/03/18. Discuss and take action.
- Financial Report given by Marcella Kirk for April 2018 - June 2018. Discuss and take action.
- Discuss and take action to proceed with Estimate of Needs/Budget Preparation for FY19.
- Discuss and take action on Oklahoma State Auditor Findings for FY ending June 30, 2017
- EMS operational report given by Richard Barker. Discuss and take action.
- Unforeseen Business
- Review and approve any claims/purchases.
- Adjourn.

- Discuss and take action on the Contract/Agreement between Love County Emergency Medical Service Board and Love County Health Center.
- Requisitioning and Receiving Officers for FY19.
- Review and Approve Engagement Letter from OK State Auditor Audit FY 17.
- EMS operational report given by Richard Barker. Discuss and take action.
- Election of officers for Fiscal Year 2019 beginning terms July 1, 2018. Discuss and take action on each of the following:
a. Chairman
b. Vice-Chairman
c. Secretary
