2 New Coworkers Join Business Office

The business office recently welcomed new coworkers, Paulina Robles and Regina Walton.

There's someone new at the reception
desk in the hospital's front office: She is
Paulina Robles, an experienced customer
service specialist, who is fluent in both
English and Spanish. "I have been
interested in joining the Mercy system for
sometime," said Robles, who started work
in May following six years with a
medical clinic in Gainesville.
Besides greeting visitors, she will be
registering outpatients for x-ray,
laboratory, and rehabilitation therapy,
taking bill payments, and updating
records.
She grew up in Illinois and now lives
in Marietta.

area on May 15. She has a total of
30 years of customer service
experience, mostly in the grocery
business in Mississippi.

After moving to Marietta in 1999, she
completed the administrative assistant
program at Southern Oklahoma
Technology Center. "That got me
interested in medical billing."
